Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary selling Dining Cards to fight hunger

October 14, 2019

Once again, the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club is selling Cape Gazette Restaurant Cards as a means of raising funds to help fight hunger in their communities. Their fundraising theme is “Eating Out So Others Might Eat Too!” Sales began Oct. 1 and will continue through November. The cards are good until April 30, 2020.

These discount “Dine Out So Others Eat Too!” cards are a $435 value for only $20. The card enables the bearer to dine out on set nights at 29 area restaurants. The card may be used once at each restaurant. Get a $15 discount on a second entrée of equal or greater value.

Proceeds go to fighting hunger in local communities. For example, last year, through the assistance of the Harry K Foundation, the Food Bank of Delaware, and the Christian Storehouse in Millsboro, the club was able to provide almost 16,000 pounds of food and supplies to families in the Georgetown and Millsboro areas.

These incredible restaurants include: Azzurro, Blackwell Hitch, Café Azafran, The Café on 26, Casa DiLeo, The Clubhouse at Baywood, Eden, Fish On, Forgotten Mile Ale House, Go Brit!
