Henlopen Acres hosts eighth annual Independence Day Parade
Hundreds of Henlopen Acres residents and visitors began a beautiful Independence Day morning with the the town’s eighth annual Independence Day Parade. Participants, most of whom were dressed in red, white and blue, gathered at the marina and walked or pedaled around town. Following the parade, there was fun and games in the marina parking lot. Most importantly for the dozens of kids in attendance, there was free ice cream from Cup ‘R Cone.
