Highwater Management expands executive team

January 30, 2023

Highwater Management, a Rehoboth Beach-based hospitality management and consulting firm, recently expanded its executive team to include Dan Levin as vice president, Chris Parks as corporate chef and Jack Temple as director of operations.

“This is a dynamic and talented team who are up for anything,” said Scott Kammerer, who started Highwater Management with the late Matt Haley in 1999. Haley founded the hospitality group SoDel Concepts, and Kammerer is currently its CEO.

“These hospitality veterans are proven leaders in their respective roles, and they are more than capable of enhancing and growing Highwater Management’s reach,” Kammerer said.

Levin, a Wilmington native, began working for SoDel Concepts in 2012, and he’s been part of Highwater Management for much of that time.

As vice president, he will increase Highwater Management’s market, which includes Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Highwater currently manages food service for sports parks, golf courses, hotels and event venues, including Sports at the Beach and The Clubhouse at Baywood.

A well-known coastal Delaware chef, Parks joined SoDel Concepts in 2014 after working in restaurants in Washington, D.C. and New York.

Temple joined SoDel Concepts’ management in 2015 and was previously the company’s director of operations.

“This is a dream team with a full understanding of our business model,” Kammerer said. “We’re eager to watch them succeed.”
