A holiday season of giving
Two sisters and two retail teams joined together for their Holiday Season of Giving Back to the Community. Stephanie Faust, operations manager at Polo Ralph Lauren and RL Gives Back, read an article in the Cape Gazette about the increasing number of homeless families in the Cape Henlopen School District and Sleep in Heavenly Peace collection needs.
Deciding to partner with her sister, Aliza Coventry, general manager at Coach, the duo spread the word. In a short period of time, they collected more than 60 blankets and 30 pillows with pillowcases.
In addition, their other sister, Jacqueline Quigley, called on her Certified Running Nuts family and they also helped make a difference.
“It takes a village, and it sure put a smile on our faces knowing we all helped to keep families warm,” said Faust.
