Jack Lingo Realtor welcomes five new agents to its rental and sales teams. They are Chelsea Allen, Alyssa Bishop-Torres, Trevor Costello, Brandon Duran and Lily Hsu Gosnear.
Chelsea Allen was born and raised in Delaware. She graduated from the University of Delaware, and after having lived in both New York City and Annapolis, Md., she eventually decided to set down roots where she had her first job at age 14 – Rehoboth Beach. She has joined the Carrie Lingo Team as a sales agent in the Lewes office. She said she is eager to provide personalized, professional and enthusiastic service to both buyers and sellers. Alyssa Bishop-Torres has been working in the Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach area vacation rental industry for 12 years. She said she is excited to begin a new career with the Rehoboth Beach rental department. A North Carolina native, she has lived in Delaware for 13 years and now calls the state home. Trevor Costello was born and raised in Lewes and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor of science degree in marketing and moved to Philadelphia. He began his career as a residential leasing agent, specializing in the Center City condo market. Brandon Duran was born in Denver, and in 2004, his family moved to Lewes. He integrated himself into the small beach town through both education and community outreach, and he has now brought his excellent customer service and resolution skills, along with smiles and positivity, to his work in Sussex County's real estate industry. Lily Hsu Gosnear has been an active member of the Rehoboth Beach community since 2002. She relocated to coastal Delaware after a demanding 15-year career as an event planner and fundraiser in the Philadelphia area.
