James G. Sprinkle, owned All Pro Maids

December 28, 2016

James G. Sprinkle “Sprink,” 56, of Lewes, passed away suddenly Tuesday Dec. 27, 2016. He was born in Wilmington, July 26, 1960, son of the late Edwin Gay and Ann Sprinkle.

From taking a semester of pottery in college to running his successful cleaning and carpet business, All Pro Maids, there wasn't much that "Jim" didn't do (except for swimming on the River Road swim team). A graduate of St. Helena's Grade School and Salesianum High School (class of ‘79), he grew up playing all types of sports. He attended University of North Carolina on a baseball scholarship; he was an avid Tar Heels fan his entire life. The Philadelphia Phillies farm team later drafted him, and then he resumed his education at High Point University, where he got his bachelor of science degree.

Jim loved spending time with his dogs, and especially loved hunting with his "Ace-man."  Jim loved to travel and relax with his wife. He loved his nieces, and there was not a thing he would not do for them. Uncle Jim will always be known for his crazy antics and funny inside jokes.

Jim is survived by his wife of 27 years, Michele Molitor Sprinkle; his two dogs Bleau and Willow; his father and mother-in-law, Paul and Nestie Molitor; his sister-in-law Theresa Molitor-Miller (Ed Miller); his brothers-in-law, Chris Molitor and Anthony Molitor (Lisa); his nieces, Rachael Molitor, Rebecca Molitor, Katherine Miller and Nicole Molitor; nephew Anthony Molitor; and by his many friends, which are too many to mention. Jim loved his pets and wanted to give all dogs a home. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the local animal shelter of your choice, so that all pets may have a better life.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, Dec. 31, at 11 a.m., at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 152 Tulip Drive, Lewes. Friends may call prior to the Mass from 9 to 10:30 a.m., at Parsell Funeral Homes, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes. Burial will be held immediately following the services at St. Peter's Pilottown Cemetery, Lewes.
