Jamie Patricia Angelini, enjoyed entertaining

Jamie Patricia Angelini, 58, of Federalsburg, Md., passed away Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020.  She was born in Easton, Md., Oct. 31, 1962. 

She loved music, singing, trying new recipes and entertaining close friends and family.  She was the proud grandmother of three, Jayden Sauerwein of Rosedale, Md., Colby Lee Sauerwein of Rosedale and Mason Pate of Alpine, Texas.  She is survived by her mother, Sandra Holland of Bridgeville; her daughter, Canaan R. Angelini of Texas; and her father, James Patrick Dorrell of Oak Orchard. 

One of her family members asked me, “Why does she even need an obituary?  We all know she is gone.” I’m thankful  that the Cape Gazette publishes free obituaries because if my family doesn’t like it then they’re free to write their own version.  She could always see the positive in any situation and made the absolute best of all things in life. She made her own closeknit family by nurturing of the best friendships.  Jamie was a strong independent woman, a lone soldier winning the battle of multiple sclerosis and diabetes while enjoying the serene calm comfort that she called home. 

Jamie was taken too soon by unforeseeable circumstances, will be missed, loved very much and never forgotten.
