Mr. and Mrs. Jack and Tessa Lingo of Lewes are pleased to announce the birth of their son, John Ellis Lingo IV. He was born Nov. 13, 2014, at 12:14 a.m. at Beebe Healthcare. John weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21 inches long.
