Johnson Orthodontics awards gift card to Beacon teacher

Dr. Jonathan Johnson recently surprised another local teacher with a $200 gift card as part of his ongoing teacher appreciation contest.
This time, the lucky winner was Samantha Purple, a sixth-grade teacher at Beacon Middle School. Purple was nominated by her student Carlee Cabello at her last orthodontic appointment.
The contest, which has been running consistently since 2017, is Johnson’s way of thanking teachers for routinely letting him “borrow” their students for orthodontic appointments.
The son of two elementary school teachers, Johnson is committed to supporting local schools and looks forward to surprising another teacher in the spring.
