Mr. and Mrs. Doug Tootell of Lewes are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Josh Tootell of Richmond, Va., to Jenny Claire Landis, also of Richmond, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Randy Scarrow of Phenix, Va.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Va. She is employed as a behavioral health specialist by New Y-Capp Inc.
The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of University of Delaware in Newark. He is also a former member of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol. He is employed as manager of business development by Apex Systems Inc.
An April 18, 2015 wedding is planned in New Kent, Va.
