Kathleen (Kathy) Harper Pannebaker, hair stylist

Mrs. Kathleen (Kathy) Harper Pannebaker, 77, of Millsboro  passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020. She was born June 16, 1943, in Havertown, Pa., daughter of the late Arthur and Eleanor Harper, and was predeceased by her loving husband of 51 years, Francis (Skip) Pannebaker. 

Kathy was a 1961 graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill, Pa. She went on to attend Modernella Beauty School prior to becoming self-employed as a professional hair stylist. She resided in West Grove, Pa., before settling in Millsboro.

Kathy courageously embraced her 2015 diagnosis of ALS. She lived her life to the fullest in her own residence before moving to the Harrison House for her final few weeks of life. Kathy was a lifelong animal lover and was devoted to her pets: Bunkie, Pie and Kitty.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her daughter, Rebecca (Becky) Fuller of Marietta, Pa.; and grandchildren, Hannah and Shane Fuller; her brothers, John J. Harper of Chesapeake Beach, Md., Thomas R. Harper of Phoenixville, Pa., and Richard A. Harper of North Kingston, R.I.; her sisters, Elizabeth A. Crawford of Nazareth, Pa., Jean A. Harper and Joan A. Harper of Drexel Hill, Pa. She was predeceased by a sister, Margaret  (Peggy) Harper of Havertown, Pa. Kathy will also be forever loved and remembered by her sister- and brothers-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private service will take place Monday, Nov. 23, at: St. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Drexel Hill.
