Kevin Shertz, AIA, attains Delaware professional licensure

Davis, Bowen & Friedel Inc. announced Kevin M. Shertz, AIA, recently attained professional architectural licensure in the state of Delaware.

Shertz is now registered in both Maryland and Delaware, working out of DBF’s Salisbury, Md. office where his areas of expertise include custom design/build additions and remodels for single-family residences and commercial properties. Shertz graduated with a degree in interior and environmental design from the Pennsylvania School of Art.

With more than 15 years of experience, Shertz has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of custom design development, utilizing spaces efficiently and cost effectively. He also provides a full spectrum of services for his clients including schematic design, conceptual planning, feasibility studies, pre-design analysis and construction documentation.

“Kevin’s new licensure in Delaware allows DBF to better serve our expanding residential client base in Delaware. With five architects registered in Delaware, two working from the Salisbury, Md. office and three from the Milford office, we look forward to seeing his contributions to Delaware communities across the Delmarva Peninsula,” said President Michael R.
