League of Women Voters hosts Ruth Briggs King

Recently retired Rep. Ruth Briggs King shared her insights from 13 years in the Delaware Legislature during the League of Women Voters of Sussex County’s League, Libations & Learning event held Jan. 17 in Bethany Beach.
