The Revival House hosted Lego-Fest, its sixth outdoor screening event, Aug. 9 at Hudson Fields near Milton.
The event featured a showing of “The Lego Movie” on a massive, 50-foot outdoor screen, along with an array of food trucks and vendors, games and activities for children.
Also showcased was a live musical performance from Nature/Nurture, a father-daughter acoustic duo featuring Roy Voshell, a lifelong musician, and daughter Madie Voshell, herself an accomplished musician and local tour guide/boat captain.
Lego-Fest was free to the public, but donations were encouraged to benefit Beebe Healthcare. To date, Revival House’s outdoor screenings have raised more than $60,000.
Revival House’s primary mission is to foster a community through the shared experience of film, and present programs that are unique, entertaining and fun.
