Santa stops by McFee Christmas Tree Farm
Tuesday, December 22, 2020
Residents of Shipcarpenter Square in Lewes lined the community’s courtyard with hundreds of candle-lit luminaries on New Year’s Eve. The display coincided with the final night of the popular Lewes Lights displays at Lewes homes and businesses during the Christmas season. Shipcarpenter Square is a neighborhood of restored 18th and 19th century homes. The unique community comprises historic homes that were relocated from other sites, mostly from within Sussex County, starting in the early 1980s. The homes were either moved intact or dismantled and reassembled in their current location.
