Magnificent Mamas set wellness luncheon Feb. 8

The Magnificent Mamas Collective will host Liz Guida, Delaware Hyperbarics owner, massage therapist and Ironman triathlete, at its luncheon meeting set for 12 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8, at Atlantic Social, 19340 Lighthouse Plaza Blvd., Rehoboth Beach.

Guida will present Bringing Women Into Optimal Health through Balancing Channel 3 and Channel 5. She will teach attendees about useful tools and techniques to quiet the intellect and channel their inner wisdom to bring balance to life and body.

Many women struggle emotionally and mentally in silence, which can harm families, careers and communities. There are several ways to create change by coming together to bond, heal and find solutions for happier, healthier and more peaceful lives. The Magnificent Mamas Collective is a community that inspires, empowers and motivates women through all ages and stages of life to gather together, learn, and hear wisdom, tools, and tips from women mentors and health and wellness practitioners.
