Massage therapist Amy Stewart joins Involution Yoga

Board-certified massage therapist and continuing education provider Amy Stewart, LMT, NCBTMB, recently joined Involution Yoga and Massage in Lewes and is accepting new clients. Stewart specializes in Mindful Touch Custom Therapeutic Massage integrating Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, myofascial release, reflexology, polarity therapy and any other energetic modality that would be beneficial for each person.

This intuitive fusion allows the entire body to unravel tension, calming every biological system in the body therefore promoting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Treating the body as a whole system promotes longer-lasting therapeutic results. Her goal as a seasoned therapist and teacher is not only to address the muscular discomforts but also to reawaken the body's natural wisdom to heal and re-establish a harmonious state on all levels.
