McGuiness knows how to get things done

May 28, 2024

Nine years ago, I needed help at the Building and Licensing Department to open my first business in Rehoboth Beach. There was a three-month wait for signing a permit that was already fully approved. This would have meant that I would have to open my business after the season instead of before. A friend of mine introduced me to Kathy McGuiness at a local coffee shop. She listened to my story and crossed the street to the Building and Licensing building. She called me back 30 minutes later, and my permit was signed. I could open my business just before the season.

Kathy understands the needs of a business and how to get things done. She is exactly the type of person we need to represent and support us.

She deserves our support.
