Milton Arts Guild patrons peruse art around town

Milton Arts Guild had its own interactive project called Weaving Community Spirit, in which those on the Art Walk could take a piece of fabric and weave it onto a metal grid.
One of the first stops on the tour was J.P. Pribulik, whose pet portrait and ink art was stationed at Ogre’s Grove on Union Street.

Walkers were able to get ahead of the Christmas season by purchasing ornaments and other gift items at Jennifer Johnson’s booth at Broadkill Tattoo Company, 112 Federal St.
Milton artists had their day in the sun Oct. 12, for the Milton Arts Guild’s sixth annual Art Walk.
More than 25 artists took part in the event, in which artists were stationed at homes around Milton where visitors were able to take advantage of the gorgeous, sunny weather to look at and purchase works.
Ryan Mavity covers Milton and the court system. He is married to Rachel Swick Mavity and has two kids, Alex and Jane. Ryan started with the Cape Gazette all the way back in February 2007, previously covering the City of Rehoboth Beach. A native of Easton, Md. and graduate of Towson University, Ryan enjoys watching the Baltimore Ravens, Washington Capitals and Baltimore Orioles in his spare time.
