There may not be a Great Delaware Kite Festival this year, but that didn’t stop the Lewes library from celebrating kite making. Homeschool families had a chance to enjoy a spring day outside the Lewes library March 23 to make and fly their own homemade kites, thanks to Rachel Webster, co-owner of Rehoboth Toy & Kite.
The library has been offering virtual programs for students during the pandemic, and according to children’s librarian Jen Noonan, programs will move outdoors in April and May,
