M&T Bank grants money to Pathways to Success

Nancy Choma with M&T Bank recently notified Fay Blake and Sarah Gilmour with Pathways to Success that a grant they requested was approved. The $1,500 donation was used for The Young Men’s Summit in April at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center and will be used for the Second Annual Sussex County Girls Summit being held in the fall 2016 that Pathways to Success is holding. This money helped purchase 220 dress shirts for the young men attending their summit and will be used to purchase items for the young ladies at their summit.

Fay Blake said, “Pathways to Success is a small nonprofit and this donation will help the Sussex County students we mentor so much. We appreciate M&T Bank’s support. I’d also like to thank Jvonne Oliver, one of our board members and assistant vice president at M&T Bank, who suggested we apply for a grant.” Employees with M&T Bank will be volunteering at the Second Annual Sussex County Girls Summit which will host 250 girls in ninth through 12th grades.
