Mt. Calvary AME Church in Concord held its Women’s History Month event March 17. Music and scripture were featured along with the honoring of five Visionary Women from Delaware.

Pianist Lisa Powell and Danny Hopkins performed several times during the ceremony.

Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester speaks to the audience about “What I Know for sure.” Blunt Rochester said, “Know yourself,” “Know your stuff,” “Know your limits,” and “Know your fears.” She finished the address with ”Know love.”
