Nassau Road closure begins Sept. 22

Nassau Road at Route 1 south of the Nassau Bridge will be closed beginning Monday, Sept. 22, as part of continued work related to the Minos Conaway Road grade-separated intersection project. The closure is expected to last through the end of October. 

The purpose of the road closure is to facilitate the installation of storm drain pipes under Nassau Road. 

Motorists traveling northbound on Route 1 will continue past Nassau Road then take a right north of the bridge onto Nassau Road. Motorists traveling southbound on Route 1 will take a left onto Nassau Road at the intersection north of the bridge.
