New tenants announced for Rehoboth's Lingo office building

The owners of a newly constructed office building just off busy Route 1 in Rehoboth Beach have announced lease agreements with two companies that will soon be taking up residence in the three-story structure.

Fresenius Medical Care, a nationwide supplier of dialysis services, and Wilmington-based WSFS bank will be the first two tenants of the Lingo Professional Building, which was constructed earlier this year. Fresenius will occupy the entire first floor and half of the second floor, while WSFS will move its administrative offices to the second floor of the new building, which is owned by Lingo Asset Management, a division of the Jack Lingo Corp.

The third floor is still available for lease.

“We are very pleased that, as 2014 comes to a close, Lingo has cemented lease agreements with the first two tenants of the Lingo Professional Building,” says Whayland Co. President Steve Hentschel, whose company constructed the building. “Lingo is a valued client of the Whayland Co., and we're happy that this building is going to be occupied in the very near future. That it will be filled by two such reputable companies is even greater still.”

The striking new tan and brick structure took nine months to construct and, at just over 19,000 square feet, is the newest professional office building in the Nation's Summer Capital.
