The turf field is being replaced after more than 10 years of heavy use.
The field will be ready for Cape athletes in spring 2022.
Major work on the new turf field at Cape High’s Champions Stadium was well underway the afternoon of Dec. 8. The field is expected to be ready for athletic use in spring 2022.
