Nurses & Neighbors announces board of directors changes
The Nurses & Neighbors Collaborative Inc. recently welcomed four new members to its board of directors.
Founded in 2022, the nonprofit continues to grow beyond Sussex County and deepen statewide partnerships.
The 2026 board brings together an exceptional team of nurse leaders and community partners dedicated to advancing health and wellness through nurse-led innovation, outreach and collaboration.
Amy McDermott, owner and director of Seniors Helping Seniors In-Home Services in Lewes, leads a caregiving model that supports independence and meaningful connection for older adults. With strong experience in business operations and community partnership development, she brings valuable expertise in sustainability and organizational growth.
Bonita Todd-Ball, MSN, RN, CCRN, NE-BC, is a respected nurse leader, educator and advocate with more than 39 years of clinical and leadership experience. She has served in critical care, oncology and administrative roles at the Wilmington VA, Pennsylvania Hospital and Crozer Health. She currently teaches at Delaware Technical Community College and remains active in statewide nursing advocacy.
Angela R. Jourdain, DrPH, MSN, RN, CCRN, NEA-BC, FNYAM, serves as director of operations for Amedisys Home Health Care Services. Her clinical career spans critical care, nurse administration, ambulatory care, home health and acute-care settings. In 2020, Jourdain was elected a fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine for her work addressing health disparities across the New York City metropolitan region.
Christine Moses, MSN, APRN, CRNA, is a certified registered nurse anesthetist with 34 years of clinical experience in anesthesia and nursing education. She practices with NorthStar Anesthesia and has taught at Gwynedd Mercy University in Pennsylvania and Cecil College in Maryland. She previously served on the Delaware Board of Nursing and remains active in statewide advocacy for equitable access to healthcare.
