Oldfather Group announces new additions to resort team
The Oldfather Group of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty, with offices in Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach, announced the additions of Stephanie Moyer and Chelsea Brown to its growing team of professionals serving the real estate needs of coastal Delaware.
A 2001 graduate of Salisbury University, Moyer joined the Oldfather Group over the summer after several years living and working outside Delaware. She specializes in managing the day-to-day activities in what has become one of the busiest real estate offices at the Delaware beaches.
It’s her first experience working in the industry, but as the firm’s new client success team coordinator, she has already made a huge difference in the busy Rehoboth Beach real estate office.
“I am thrilled to join a team of professionals who share the same values and goals, both for our clients and for each other, that I do,” says Moyer, who makes her home at Delaware’s most popular and well-known coastal community. “I’m happy I can utilize my experience and skills and contribute to the high level of service that makes the Oldfather Group such a standout in the industry.”
Brown, a Delmarva native, joined the team in September and will focus on marketing the nearly 100 properties currently listed with the firm, including interacting with clients and developing marketing materials needed for each home.
She holds a bachelor of arts in communication from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla., and today makes her home in Ocean View.
“Growing up in the area, I share the same passion the Oldfather Group does for coastal living and I couldn’t be happier about coming on board with them,” she says. “I look forward to using my knowledge and expertise to help our clients turn their dreams of home ownership at the Delaware coast into reality.”
