Paul Kares to present magician Chris Michaels June 26

Paul Kares will welcome the Chris Michaels Experience at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, June 26, to The Room at Cedar Grove near Lewes.

Part magician and part mentalist, Michaels will perform during a multi-course wine dinner to raise funds for the nonprofit that supports aspiring musicians and chefs.

“We’ve hosted nationally known musicians at The Room at Cedar Grove, but our mission is to bring a variety of entertainment to the beach,” said chef and entertainer Paul Cullen, who founded Paul Kares with Jim Rivette to give young people a leg up in the entertainment and hospitality industries.

“Chris is a fabulous magician, and our guests are going to be amazed at his level of talent and skill,” said Cullen, a musician who has toured with the rock band Bad Company.
