HOY en Delaware presented the Miss XV Magazine Quinceañera Expo March 8 at the Atlantic Sands Hotel, where families and future Quinceañeras experienced a vibrant celebration of culture, fashion and planning essentials. Fashion shows highlighting colorful gowns continued throughout the day, vendors offered the latest trends and Hispanic cuisine was prepared, with fresh empanadas and tacos offered to visitors.
