Ralph T. Pond, Magnolia resident

Ralph T. Pond, 73, of Magnolia, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015.

Ralph was the son of Robert W. Pond and Mary Cadd-Pond of Lewes.

Mr. Pond is survived by five daughters, Mary "Kitty " Fletcher of Georgetown, Janet Pond of Milton, Deanna Pond of Albany, N.Y., Rachel Pond of Esperanto, N.Y. and April Pond of Kingston, N.Y. Mr. Pond had 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Jerry of Fayetteville, N.C.; sister Linda of Boise, Idaho; and stepsister Faye Pond of Felton.

Mr. Pond is preceded in death by his loving wife of 26 years, Debra; a son, Ralph T. Pond Jr.; a sister Jeanette Pond-Newcomb of Lincoln; and brother Richard "Butch" Pond of Rehoboth Beach.
