Remax.com No. 1 with consumers online
Remax.com dominated the online consumer experience with the most visits among real estate franchise websites in 2015, according to Experian Hitwise Marketing Services data. With more than 60 million visits last year, the Re/Max site had nearly 20 million more total visits than any other real estate franchise.

“Among the highly competitive real estate franchises, it’s a great accomplishment for Re/Max to take the lead in online visits,” said Tim Drouillard, Re/Max senior vice president, information technology. “This provides even greater momentum for our new technology initiative as we shift our focus toward expanding tools for agents, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.”
Phase Two of the Re/Max technology initiative is expected to roll out this spring with a newly designed remax.com that features improved mobile functionality and a modern, updated design. By enhancing the function and capabilities of its website, consumers will have a consistent user experience from any device, enhancing their ability to connect with a Re/Max agent to guide them in their home search.
In Q4 2015, Phase One introduced free responsive websites to agents and an updated customer relationship management system, Leadstreet. The online management system has generated more than 15 million referral-free leads to Re/Max associates since its inception in 2006.
