Rt. 9 intersection in Harbeson is now open to traffic

As of 10:15 a.m., April 26, the Rt. 9/Harbeson Road intersection opened to traffic. Delaware Department of Transportation officials said the contractor finished the replacement of the existing crossroad bridge structure and the installation of a water line ahead of schedule. The work is part of an intersection improvement project.
