Sharing the Cape Gazette with Ronald Reagan in Budapest, Hungary

November 23, 2019

Recently, Ed and Jeanne Fox of Rehoboth Beach spent 2 weeks in Budapest where they enjoyed the beautiful city and historic sites.

Being the faithful readers that they are, they visited Ronald Reagan in Freedom Square, also known as Liberty Square, to share the Cape Gazette with him.

President Reagan is beloved by the Hungarians for his role in getting Russian leader Mikhail Gorbachev to tear down the Berlin Wall in 1987.

The park is where the U.S. Embassy is and the Parliament can be seen in the distance behind President Reagan.
