Sheila Barr named relocation manager by Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage-Baltimore recently announced that Shelia Barr has been named the company’s new relocation manager. Barr has more than 16 years of relocation, real estate, training and property management experience, and in her new role, she will work with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage leadership to further business development efforts, and represent the department and company to relocation businesses and corporate clients.

Barr holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional designation and has served in leadership positions with Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and the Relocation Directors Council. Included in Barr’s many accomplishments are WERC’s Distinguished Service Award, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Hall of Fame Award and chair of the Leading Real Estate Advisory Council.
