Rain quickly turned into a steady snow in the Cape Region Dec. 14. Roads and sidewalks were covered, some slippery, as the snow mixed with sleet and rain.
Precipitation is expected to taper off by early afternoon. Frigid temperatures will follow and continue through Monday, Dec. 15.
