Spring Haven development cuts ribbon

Spring Haven, a development just off Cool Springs Road, south of the Lewes Georgetown Highway, officially cut the ribbon to celebrate the opening of the community.
Offered by Caldwell Banker Resort Realty, Spring Haven features 18 three- to five-bedroom single-family homes on three-quarter-acre lots. Four floor plans are available, starting at $249,000.
