Students create fall cards to cheer senior Beebe patients
Fifth-grade students at Lewes Elementary School recently participated in a special community outreach project by creating fall-themed cards for patients at the Beebe Geriatric Center.
This initiative gave students an opportunity to spread kindness and connect with members of the community in a meaningful way. The cards are shared with patients by Logan Jarrell, RN, who personally delivers them while offering helpful tips and advice for staying healthy and safe during the fall season.
“It’s wonderful to see our students using their creativity to make a positive impact,” said Dr. Kimberly Corbidge, Lewes Elementary principal. “We are proud to highlight this thoughtful effort that strengthens the bond between our school and the community.”
