On Saturday, May 11, the National Association of Letter Carriers is sponsoring its annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. Your postal worker will pick up your donation of a bag of nonperishable food items and deliver it to a local food bank. Just leave the bag right next to your mailbox.
The Cape Henlopen Food Basket in Rehoboth Beach is a longtime beneficiary of this local generosity. We provide food assistance to Delaware residents in need, and the inventory provided by this food drive is essential to our mission to serve the community.

Criticism of public figures is permissible. Endorsement letters for political candidates are no longer accepted. Letters must be the author’s original work, and may not be generated by artificial intelligence tools. Templates, form letters and letters containing language similar to other submissions will not be published.
