Tim Hamm to lead Unity service and brain detox workshop April 24

Tim Hamm will bring his music and Gospel of the Buddha message to Unity of Rehoboth Beach at 10 a.m., Sunday, April 24. Hamm is a singer/songwriter, inspirational speaker and workshop leader. As a lifelong student of spirituality, he also holds a master's degree in comparative religion from Northwestern University.

After the service, Hamm will conduct a Detox Your Brain workshop which will run until 1 p.m. Based on the work of Dr. Hasai Aliev, and using the techniques described in his book, "The Synchromethod," Hamm's workshop helps participants find ways to overcome mental blocks, relieve stress, raise confidence and unleash creative potential.

The techniques Hamm teaches in this workshop changed his own life by giving him simple, straightforward methods to quickly and easily address his mental and emotional challenges on a daily basis. The suggested love offering for this workshop is $10 and all are welcome.
