"I was honored to be along with the Delaware River & Bay Lighthouse Foundation for the first tour of the Harbor of Refuge Light in nearly 10 years," writes Herb Muktarian. "The foundation continually fights the ravages of the sea to keep the light - which is still an active aid to navigation - in shape. I've been observing the lighthouse for years from shore, so it was an outstanding experience to see it up close and explore first-hand."
