Two fires near Harbeson keep firefighters busy

A single-family home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrive after 4 a.m.
A second fire a few doors down was reported about 7:30 a.m. on Forest Road, and firefighters were on the scene for about two hours.
Milton firefighters were busy June 3, fighting two separate fires on Forest Road near Harbeson.
The first was reported about 4 a.m. at a single-family home at 20440 Forest Road that was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived. Officials say firefighters were on the scene for two hours. The second fire was reported about 7:30 a.m. a few doors down at 20386 Forest Road, where a single-wide mobile home was found on fire. Firefighters were also at the scene for two hours, officials said.
