Belson is seeing patients in Rehoboth Beach and Millsboro. He is a graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine who also did his ophthalmic residency training at Hahnemann. Prior to joining Delaware Eye Institute, Belson was in private practice in southeastern Pennsylvania. He has performed more than 5,000 intraocular surgeries.

His practice focuses on no-stitch cataract surgery, laser surgery, glaucoma treatment, diabetic eye disease and primary-care eye exams.

“We are fortunate that our path crossed with Dr. Belson’s,” said Delaware Eye Institute’s Medical Director Dr. David Robinson. “He’s a great addition to our team. It’s rare to successfully recruit a surgeon with his experience.” Belson’s family has been vacationing in Sussex County for many years.

Grigorian is a new member of the service at The Retina Center at Delaware Eye Institute. He completed his vitro-retinal fellowship at Louisiana State University. Prior to that, he completed his ophthalmic residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has been practicing ophthalmology for 14 years.

Grigorian’s practice is concentrated on diseases of the retina including diabetes, macular degeneration, retinal detachments and vision-threatening ocular infections.

“Dr. Grigorian brings experience, excellent training and needed additional coverage to The Retina Center,” said Robinson. “As the demand for specialized services continues to grow, we will continue to add quality physicians like Dr. Grigorian.”
