UFO network director to speak at Rehoboth library Sept. 17

September 13, 2019

Attendees will turn their eyes to the skies as the Rehoboth library hosts a visit from Bill Weber, director of the Mutual UFO Network of Delaware, at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 17.

Begun 50 years ago, MUFON is a worldwide organization of UFO aficionados, researchers, and enthusiasts who use scientific methods to investigate UFO occurrences. MUFON publishes a monthly online UFO journal, has a team of over 500 trained field investigators, and boasts a membership of over 40,000 individuals.

Weber will share information on the history of MUFON, along with details about a possible midair collision between an aircraft and a UFO in the Allentown, Pa. area.

Attendees can ask questions during this thoughtful, engaging presentation, and learn about how they can get involved with MUFON.

Weber has held numerous positions within MUFON during his 24 years with the organization. A certified field investigator, he has examined more than 90 cases ranging from anomalous lights, orbs, and objects up to and including possible abduction cases.

He hopes this presentation will encourage attendees to start a local MUFON chapter. This program is free and open to the public.
