Ward receives Bisbee Award in Lewes

Jon Ward, head of the Lewes Building Department, received the 2024 Elaine Bisbee Service Award from Mayor Andrew Williams March 10. The award is presented annually to a city employee who exhibits dedication, devotion and commitment to their position. The award is named for former city manager Elaine Bisbee.
