Yes2Health, a program of the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, will host multiple sessions this spring with options in both English and Spanish.

Weekly 30-minute educational programs include fitness, health and wellness education to help participants pursue active and healthy lifestyles.

Virtual groups in English are set to meet at 12 and 5 p.m., Tuesdays, April 2 to June 4; and 7 p.m., Wednesdays, April 3 to June 5. Spanish language groups will meet at 12 and 6 p.m., Thursdays, April 4 to June 6.

Registered attendees will be sent the shopping list, recipe and Zoom link. Participants do not need to be part of Yes2Health to take the cooking classes.
