Elizabeth and Jimmy Zlotkowski and daughters Carlee and Baylee are excited to announce the arrival of Karmina Lee Zlotkowski on April 15. Elizabeth is the daughter of Donna and the Rev. Dr. Jonathan Baker of Rehoboth Beach.
