For the last decade, my husband and I have practiced WHOLE FOOD PLANT-BASED EATING WITH NO ADDED OIL! For 6 of those years I’ve shared with you everything I’ve learned about personal and global health. In that time I’ve met and studied with world class scientists and doctors, researchers, leaders and fellow citizens, alarmed by the deterioration of public health and committed to educating others about the personal and global benefits of minimally processed Plant-Based eating. In that time I’ve learned about the devastating impact of animal agriculture on our own health, on animals and on the environment. In my writing and teaching I’ve challenged a comfortably unaware public, a nutritionally illiterate medical community and a woefully uninformed media. My husband and I have literally put our time and money where our mouth is and are proud to have been part of a great plant-forward awakening.

Now it’s time to step back and make room for new voices—voices that can compel whole communities, whole nations, to move away from the destructive forces of animal agriculture toward the nourishing power of plants to feed a hungry people and heal a hurting world.
