Don’t skip the Milton Garden Tour
In August I followed a variegated fritillary around the Pollinator Preserve, and this month I chased a silver-spotted skipper. I can’t wait to see what cool creatures I’ll spot during the Milton Garden Tour this Saturday, Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
I’ll be set up with my art in the pollinator garden next to the Milton Historical Society. The conservation project by the Women’s Club of Milton has more than 300 plants to attract bees, birds and butterflies. 20 other artists will spread their wings in 6 private gardens. I don't have a green thumb, but that makes me appreciate stalking other people's gardens with my camera even more. I am, however, trying to grow an online flower photo portfolio on Fine Art America.
