How to Make Traditional Italian Dishes

Tune Your Palate is the creation of former Bad Company Bassist, Paul Cullen. He artfully blends his passions for cool music, jazzy wine and divine cuisine all in one evening. Paul demonstrates traditional Italian cuisine taught by his Grandma Tagliaferro, all while pairing region-specific wines and playing Mediterranean style guitar.
