Robb’s Plant-Based waffles and smoothie “secrets” follow:
For Plant-Based Waffles, take any standard waffle/pancake recipe--eliminate butter/oil, milk and eggs; replace with plant-based “milk” and egg replacer. Use 100% whole grain flour when possible.
For Smoothies—blend a variety of fresh and frozen fruit, 3/1 orange juice to almond milk to desired thickness. Add honey or agave and cinnamon to taste.
